1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the gi222 website accessible at gi222.io and all associated mobile, desktop, and browser-based interfaces.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses the gi222 Platform.
• "Account" means the personalised registered account held by a Player on the gi222 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's gi222 account wallet, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

2. Acceptance of Terms

4. Account Registration

4.1 To access the full range of gi222 Services, you are required to register a personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method.

4.2 One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one gi222 account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts (whether under your own name or under different identities) is strictly prohibited. gi222 employs technical and manual verification procedures to detect duplicate accounts.

4.3 If duplicate accounts are identified, gi222 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, consolidate balances at its discretion, and forfeit any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play on duplicate accounts.

4.4 You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided at registration and must update your account details promptly if they change. gi222 accepts no liability for account issues arising from inaccurate registration information.

4.5 Account Security: You must maintain the confidentiality of your gi222 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. gi222 will never contact you to request your password. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account credentials.

4.6 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify gi222 support immediately at [email protected]. gi222 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending investigation.

4.7 Account Verification (KYC): gi222 may at any time request identity verification documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

gi222 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment provider.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or receiving funds from a third party for the purpose of wagering, is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, to the same account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. gi222 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes via bKash or Nagad during normal operating conditions, though processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. gi222 reserves the right to apply additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests where unusual account activity has been detected.

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion terms before becoming eligible for withdrawal.

5.3 Currency

All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the gi222 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gi222 does not apply currency conversion charges on BDT transactions. Any conversion charges applied by your payment provider are outside gi222's control and are your responsibility.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 gi222 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including minimum deposit thresholds, wagering multipliers, eligible games, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry periods.

6.2 General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real funds and are clearly labelled in your account wallet.
• Real funds are used before bonus funds in all wagering scenarios unless otherwise stated.
• A maximum bet of ৳500 per round or spin applies when wagering bonus funds, unless the promotion terms state otherwise.

6.4 Players who self-exclude or apply responsible gaming limits that restrict their play may have their eligibility for certain promotional offers affected. gi222 will not reinstate bonus funds forfeited due to self-exclusion.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 By placing a wager on the gi222 Platform, you acknowledge that all betting and gaming decisions are made voluntarily and at your own risk. gi222 does not guarantee any particular outcome.

7.2 Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket events, FIFA for football). In the event of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform.

7.3 Casino Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. gi222 does not manipulate game outcomes. 8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gi222 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one account or providing false registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate unfair advantage or winnings.

9. Responsible Gaming

11.2 gi222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption, even if gi222 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 gi222's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total value of real funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

11.4 Nothing in these terms shall operate to exclude or limit gi222's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14.4 Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law in Bangladesh.
